how to set cline for reshare

hi chaps can antone tell ne if this config in cline is ok for setting up reshare and what it means


#C: xxxxxx.dyndns .tv 12000 user pass no{ 0:0:3 }
if i set the cline as above is no ecm and up to hop 3
F: user pass 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 }{}{}user ip
if i set the f line as above does it allow 3 reshare and up to hop 3
and can i set the hops in my cccam config file without contacting my peers
and finally if ecm ok are in red and % in red ie
red red
2275 0%
does this mean bad user ??????????
