Freezeers & Scrambled

Can you help.I have a Premium Azbox it is connected to the internet by powerline.I have put the CCcam in to my box .I put my C:line by my provider in and it stays open for 20min then freezers I then reboot 20min later it frezers.I put it on today and all the station are scrambled.Can you tell me what I am doing wrong and how do Ifix it.This box is way over my head so please keep it simple.
