Help understanding shares

I started cardsharing only recently and managed to build a few shares although some channels freeze . I am using CCcaminfo to monitor my shares.

1. Now how do I understand all the info supplied by this program any tutorial?
2. Also how do I know which stations I am getting from a share?
3. How do I know if a server is good or not?
4. what about the freeze? How can I solve it.

first, you must have a decent internet connection without package lose
If oyur int. con is not constant you will have freeze
On what channels do you have freeze?
