Flashing Gemini to Dm 600 pvr

Hi All,

I need some help regarding flashing Gemini to Dm 600. I think I've bricked it using A usb to serial cable. Now flashed the pli jade firmware and it is functional again. Done this 3 times!

How am I able to flash the gemini image to Dm 600? Any insight and tools are much appreciated.

Use flashwizard and flash your dreambux using utp network cable

I tried but it says that the nfi software is not supported. What can I do?

hi if you want to install in flash , you have to use serial port and dreamup

if you want to use it in usb , cf or hdd , you have to install first (enigma2-plugin-extensions-barryallen_0.4.2-r6_powerpc) how to do this use DCC go to Tools then IPKG packages - upload package when it's done
go to plugins in your dreambox you will find barryallen.
if yes use DCC go to ftp.....media.....hdd....MB_Images then put xxxx.nfi
when its done go to plugins..... barryallen....wizard for images at /MB_images.......extract.nfi images.........then choose the one you put whait until finish then restart your dreambox

unplug power to dreambox first
run dreamup 1.3.3.4 enable network also and add manual dreambox ip like 192.168.1.15 and press connect and plug ur dreambox to power
after it finished and ready to flash dont press flash button
open browser and type the ip of dreambox u insert in dreamup
192.168.1.15 and u will get network boot option
i tried this method and works well with me. as serial flash took almost 30 to 40 minutes and this method require 2 minutes.
