Tuner failed problem in DM 800 HD

Guys;

I have a Dm 800 original box, and I noticed most of the time the problem with the tuner always failing especially on 19E. !3E and 28.5E are OK. 19E is placed in the center with strong signal but when I switch to 19E I get the tuner failed message if I am on some channels from 19E.

I saw so many answers but they are all confusing. Can someone give me the working solution once and for all? I have 4 way DiSEqC Switch and using ONLY 3 Sats 13E, 19.2E and 28.5E. Could also this be the problem that the signal is spread between all the 4 ways since one way is empty no sat connected to it???

By the way, the tuner failed problem is for my both receivers (clone and original)

i got the same problem with DM 800 HD, im using 4 lnb's - 28.2E, 19,2E, 13E and 5E, always when i go back to 19,2E there was problem with signal, i have changed DiSeq few times but you will never guess what solved problem - REPLACING LNB on 19,2E -> even the old one was 100% ok!

same problem with me on 13e and NSS6 , but at start i didn't face this problem but after

20 days its coming to me. i am using DM 800 HD clone and change its firmware but did't get the right solution. i think its not the signal problem may be its from Hardware fault
if any one know about it plz tell me the detail
