Attention:

Because of many modifications of 'gstreamer' this time an online update isn't possible, sorry. All models need to be reflashed.
Please note that the new configsaver is NOT compatible with older versions, so we recommend to back up your important files to your PC before flashing.

However, there is a second method for experienced users to save your current configuration: its possible to download & install the new NewNigma² ConfigSaver Plugin from unstable feed, make a backup of your settings and then install the Newnigma v2.4 and restore your settings with the latest NewNigma² ConfigSaver Plugin.

News:

Newnigma2 Team presents the new device-manager.
This plugin handles all media: usb-sticks, cf-cards and dvd-drives.
Besides formatting and partitioning, it is possible to configure swap settings.

We are proud to present our new webradio-plugin. It supports playing and recording all shoutcast- and mp3-streams.

Newnigma2 v2.5 comes with its own Newnigma2 hd-skin.


Mountmanager has been replaced by networkbrowser and can be found in network-preferences.
Now it is also possible to set a network resource as recording destination.

Cable-picons have been gathered, due to clarity.
All picon-packages have been updated.
