dreambox 800 blocked

hello guys i flash by mistake clone image on my real dm 800,and i was told use dream up but still same massage problem any help please
i bought null modem cable with usb serial converter and drive window 7 for it,it loading but dose not allow to flash and says waiting for adnoledge,i put some picture down thank you help please

Take original firmware.
Use old Dreamup version here and DON'T CHECK Use Network box. Use only serial mode it takes around 40-45 minutes but it should work

after that you can use your prefferred image
let us know results please.
