Adding new or updated channels to the list

Guys;

As we know, everyday there are update to the channels, either having new channels in the sky or updating frequencies for existing channels, so i was wondering how can I add those new channels to my list or edit the frequency of the existing channels?

I am using the latest File Type: rar E2-DM800X-ROTOR@likra12.10.2010.rar

I want to update the list according to the new channels and the existing channels (frequency change)
