DM800 tuner issue

Hi

I have Gemini 4.40 installed and with that i have 2 dishes one has 2 lnb's Astra 19.2 and hotbird 13 and the other dish has astra 28.2 all this goes trough a discq 4 way. It works just fine with my DM500 but not with DM800
the problem is i cannot scan for any channels it says 0%
Could someone just give me a print screen or explin how it is suppose to be adjusted?

dreambox 800 does not like disec2.0

change to disec1.0 or 1.1 and or problem is resolved

i have also problem switch a/b/c/d and switch 1.1
with dreambox 800hd speciaal on belgium provider
sometimes working sometimes tuner failed
did search manualy also and i have the channels working after zapping the are gonne
please can one help/???
