server disconnect - change channel to resume

I get this external message pop-up when I watch any channel for more than 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
How can I stop this????
I had my dreambox 500s for over a year without this happening, then I changed the person I get my signal from and now I have this.
Is it normal, I would think not since I didn't have it before.
