Need Help fast plzz

I have a Drembox 500-S
i restarted my dreambox, and nothing is working now. I dont use any card, and on our screen it pops up word common interface and i dont know what does it means. Only free channels are working not the others. I just need to know what numbers or what kind of setup should be on dreambox.

friend press blue button and change from common interface to ccam emu then ok to restart cam

Ok, but can you tell me what is "emu"?? and what kind of cccam di i need?
