changes for all:

- buffer empty detection changes for /dev/dvb/.../videoX, audio0 and /dev/pvr (this is needed for current enigma2)

changes dm8000 and dm800:

- more acurate timestamp queries (fixes seeking in some conditions)

- video freeze fixes (this fixes black picture in timeshift start)

- faster audio/video resync in some playback conditions

dreambox-dvb-modules.bb: update dm800 hardware drivers

- reentrancy fixes in demux and video/audio clip mode (fixed frequently kernel oops)

- fixed not visible PEP options on DM8000

- revert to previous video output, hdmi and video decoder code (DM500HD/DM800SE/DM8000) this should fix some problems introduced with 20110215 drivers

- added pcr/hdmi kernel debug output messages to debug hdmi problems (DM800)
