Problem with my dns server

Good day m8;

I am having problem with my server or maybe my new router. When I ping xxxx.dyndns.org, it seems to be up and running but my peers are saying that I am OFFLINE.
When I check the cccam traffic, I can see that there are no clients connected which means that they see me OFFLINE.

My new router is: Zyxel P-870HN-51b, help is really required.
