Cardsharing and dish installation

Good evening;

I am facing a big problem. My broadband connection works perfectly and my dreambox is configured correctly and also my router for the portforwarding. My new home has a balcony and the balcony does not have the line of sight (LoS), which means no signal received neither from 13E, 19E and 28.2E. I just want to know does the cardsharing requires the dreambox to be connected to the dish or just connected to the internet or both? This might be a stupid question but I am really confused. Now my dreambox is not connected to the dish, it is connected to the internet only. Since I don't have the LoS so I did not bother mounting the dish, what can I do?
The housing company wont give me the permission to install the dish on the roof of the building.

All my peers are worried and some of them are complaining

Any ideas?

Your peers requires the dreambox to be connected on the internet, dish is not important
But if you dont have signal from the dish you will not update your card and when the subscription is end your card will stop working

So you are telling me that my dm does not have to be connected to the dish? Only connected to the internet, right? For the card update, it has 9 months left so I might move to another location where I have the LoS before the card expires.

When I try to open the CCcam Info V1.3c from the plugin and go for example to General, Clients or Active Clients, it says Error reading webpage!

What is this error and how to fix it?

Good morning;

How come my peers are seeing my server OFFLINE? My DM is connected correctly to the internet and I could access my server from outside my home like I am doing now from an internet cafe. I could access my DM through my server. The thing is that the DM is showing "Nothing running" because it is not connected to the dish.

Can you help me please, I am really lost?

Does it matter where the dish is facing? My card is on 13E which is not possible to get no LoS. If I get any other satellite working, would my cccam starts?

Thanks for the reply. I have the subscription of Al Jazeera Sports on Hotbird 13 east, but I can not pick up the satellite signal because I don't have LoS, but I can pick up other satellites. Does this help me to run or start my CCcam if the dish is facing any another satellite?
