DM500s and al jazeera sport

Good evening;

I have a friend who is having problem with al jazeera sport channles and some other channels as well. He cannot view them even whe he does the automatic scan or the manual scan.
I am using sharing with hime and he cannot see my al jazeera sport card.

Any solutions?
