dm 500s setup

i have set up a server for my father inlaw i have set it on 1west fr now to test i can clear freeview channels but nothing else i have set a cline up for him and a fline all his ports are open and i can find him in cccaminfophp he is showing online with good ping he as genini image running cccam2.1..4 i have edg nemesis running cccam 2.1.2 when i put my details in his cccfg file at my house it worked ok but when i put his details on at his house we cant clear anything but freeview is router and firewall are all set right i am stumpped ?????
any suggestions would be great
