lost all outbound connections (again)

Hi

this happened once before a short while ago but eventually discovered i had entered the wrong ip of the HTTP port after i corrected that all worked fine.

now it's happened again and the ports are forwarded correctly, i've tried 3 different routers, checked and rechecked my .cfg's, checked the network settings on the Duo, everything but everything i know i've tried, i've doulble checked and treble checked, all in bound connections are ok, but outbound WAN i can connect to one only occasionly, i've checked my dns is updated correctly even though i have a static ip address.

i've enabled DHCP on all devices (something i never do)

i'm at a loss here guy's and gals, it's been 3 days now and i'm getting nowhere, so who can help me
