Is anyone using premium providers to gain access to shared cards?

I guess if you do not know then it does not exist.

Someone told me to find a premium provider and I was led to believe that its a card sharing service that you pay for.... does that make sense?

I think the premium service providers give the post paid package with universal coverage 24/7 online.The charges are quite high as compared to prepaid charges.
