Subscription CCCam server in the USA

Hello everyone:

I just moved to California and I was wondering what type of subscription packages are available for my area. What I mean is this:
When I lived in Europe, I had a CCCam subscription for Sky Italia, and a bunch of other channels on HotBird and NileSat. I know that here in NA, Hotbird and NileSat are not available so my question is what satellites offer good channels which I can get by subscribing to a CCCam server?

I do have a Dreambox at hand.
