Hi!lot of user have trouble to connect dongle to pc ,I spend one night last week on this .I use com 1 ,prolific port ,change cable ....,I do all things ,but no success.Please explain more detail how to get dongle upgrade (cable ,PC port,dongle power on or off during upgrade.....)full details.

hi, i have trying to connect my avatar 2 dongle to w3a sat to no avail . the lock display would flash green/red for like hours on end , i had prevoiusly confirmed perfect alignment of the sat. so i repeatedly fac defaulted the item due frustration and now its flashing red only ... the big question now is there a software solution for this? or im fkd

U could try a software repair for it since presently u have nothing to lose only alot to gain if it works. Try let me know of ur exploits.
