one file only flash

Bis Tv on Bis Tv (5W) + (13E) + (19.2E) test ok
dorcel tv xxl (5W) and (13E) dorcel tv (19.2E)
Canalsat only work 08 and 0E (19.2E)....test ok

work very nice on Dreambox with Cccam 2.1.3 and hypercam 2.06
