how to clone a sly card

hi there is a few guys in my area that are cloning sly cards just wondering does anyone know what programmers there using and cards there using as i have a phoniex programmer and was hoping i could have a go at this

The reason for cs is alot of card that are n3 (sky cards) can not be dumpt and rerote.. This is why we have cs, if we coulg do what you want we could emulate the card and would not need a real card and would not need cs,
