set this option enable in CCcam.cfg:

ALLOW WEBINFO: yes
WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 56001

and then open http://dreamboxip:56001
go to on servers links and you'll see:

It should already be set by default to:

HTML INFO LISTEN PORT : 16001

So probably will work with http://dmip:16001
