i got 2 dreambox 500s, i want to know if i can share my card with some one else without internet connection can this be possible?

yes, you can in a local network area
You need a swich or a router and then connect the 2 dreambox on the swich with 1-1 utp cable
install cccam on the 2 dreambox and share betwen them
