Big problems with this Company have you heard of them ?

I have had the most horrendous time with a Company that sells all sorts of Satellite equipment they are called falconsat.co.uk

They have taken money from me without my authorisation and will not give it back ignoring all my emails and requests to give me my money back.

Has anybody heard of them ??

Which payment method did you use to spent? if you send the money with paypal open dispute if you do transaction with your card immediately comunicate with your bank and refuse payment
