cccam on and off evry night

i have a strange problem with my server ccam
i have 5 cline in 3 defrant vps but from sam company 2 in germany and one in usa thy work fine all day but from 19 h e clock to 9h thy on and off lake crazy
evry 5 min c line off and on aigain im using cccam2.0.11 as server i changed it to all known cccam version but problem still same if any one have idea
if that cosed by vps company or atack in host or som thing lik that
