request for help to understand system and set up !!!

i am OLD fox when N2 and Viewsat in it's golden time...

but now the system how works is completely new for me...more over since N2 is down i didn't pay any attention with this things so... i am blank

I just got FTA receiver Dreambox 500-S newer model (full Black with rear on/off switch)( MAC : 00 00 09 34 X X X) i have no idea it's original or clone but in toronto right now this is everywhare......
i also install 33 inch dish with 118/119 combine single LNB

Can any expert guide me how to set up this dreambox to watch
internatioal DN and B3V ??

i am good computer guy but mostly in windows , for linux i tried but not much success ..... so if possible Please explain in simple and easy language??

I think ExpressVu swap to nagra3 since years.... no way.
