Is it working CCcam with keys and sharing in same time?

yes
upload in /var/keys/ the file Softcam.Key and set this option in CCcam.cfg

# defaults to /var/keys/SoftCam.Key
#
SOFTKEY FILE : /var/keys/SoftCam.Key
