Plese help smargo smartreader+ and Norwigian canal digital card 1w

Hello im new to linux and cardsharing. I have a norwigian canal digital card 1West that i cannot get working with my smargo smartreader+.

Anybody have a littel guide or something ? Is it any special mhz i have to use in config ?
When i set the card in the reader the green light disappears on the smartreader+.

Do that mean something can it not be read?.
When i log into newcs web interface erything has a red cross accept Blocker.

Status CAID Mhz Resets ECMs Net ECM Node Reader
0000 368 0 0 0 /dev/usb/tts/0 0 (smartreader+)

Setup:
ClearOS 5.2
1xsmartreader+ usb with firmware 1.3
CCcam-2.1.2 and Newcs-1.67_RC1 (Do i need both?)

btw it should be
SERIAL READER : /dev/ttyUSB0 smartreader+

[cardsharing]

first use the smargo tools to check if unix see the smargo device

second:
if you use newcs
in newcs.xml

<type>smartreader+</type>
<node>/dev/ttyUSB0</node>

if dont work set none, or 0dd
