IncubusCamd v.0.98 released.

20/03/2010, V0.98
- fixed a bug on reading .config file if the chid=-1 is set
- fixed a bug on reading .config file if "chid=" param uses more than 2 chids
- fixed some crash bugs

IncubusCamd on CCcam v2.1.4 isn't able to connect properly because of new commands on last original CCcam, use older version as server
