Sky Italy is down for all, just Skybox is working, len of ECM is changed up 14 bytes and all emus are down.

a bird told me that ita works perfect.....

[11:28:42 μμ] Failshell-AlienWare-Area51 Miami, FL 33186-8638-CountDown 20 days until the Ordering: IMHO it is not NewCS who needs to fix the Sky IT issue, but the Emus that are connecting to it, e.g. mgcamd, CCcam, Evocamd or whatever you use.

Let me explain why:

From the satellite data stream, ECMs and EMMs are being sent from the Emu (e.g. mgcamd or CCcam) to the NewCS Server.
EMMs are for updating the card.
ECMs are for decryption.

From the ECM sent to the card, the card calculates a CW and sends that back to mgcamd. If it's the correct CW we have a clear picture for a few seconds.

Now we have longer ECMs. The Emu (e.g. mgcamd or CCcam) sends only the first 158 of the 168bytes to the card. The card calculates a wrong CW, this is sent back to the card but doesn't clear the picture because it's based on only 158 of the 168 bytes.

So what we need is an update of the Emus so they send the full 168 bytes to NewCS. If they do so, we should get a clear picture again.

Correct me if I'm wrong ... it's just what I think.

Sorry friend but you are wrong.

The Client EMUs actually send the correct length as received... Run mgcamd in debug mode and you can check this.
