Company UPC DTH , an international provider of satellite pay-TV UPC Direct had carried out the adaptation of grid-dependent set-top boxes. From the programming position was eliminated former Czech TV news Z1 .

Subscribers UPC Direct on borrowed TV set-top boxes found in the Z1 position number 15 in the Czech Republic, on 17 position of the Slovak Republic.

Channel Z1 ceased broadcasting at midnight of 24 on January 25, 2011 following a decision by station owner, the financial group J & T.
