Sky left Germany two DVB-S2 transponders

German satellite pay-TV service Sky Germany left to February 1, 2011 according to plan two DVB-S2 transponders that temporarily used the Astra satellite system, 19.2 Wed east.

This is the frequency 10.773 GHz, pol H and 11.023 GHz, pol H. compensate for these transponders are new allocations for the Central Deutschland Sky platform UPC Direct - specifically on the frequency 11.992 GHz, 12.304 GHz and 12.382 GHz, all with horizontal polarization, SR 27500, FEC 9 / 10, DVB-S2/QPSK.

Parallel distribution of old and new frequencies were opened April 1, 2011. Subscribers Sky Germany had about a month to tune their set-top boxes to new parameters.
