MBOX alert on fakes and old cards

Hello guys,

This message is to prevent mbox communauty to share fakes or old cards. Here is an exemple of stats posted here I cannot give any names but look :

Distance 1 : 214 cards
Distance 2 : 876 cards
Distance 3 : 1948 cards
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This guy has 214 cards in dist 1, ridiculous.
There is at most 110 providers in europe, sharing fakes or old card is no good for anyone.

Starting for your soft stability, bandwith, ram, proc usage is with no doubt increased.


So the answer my friend is : allow list or ignore list.
