Removed restriction if peer isnt online to ignore his ecm, but I dont think it will help anything ...

This version is not compatible with previous ones, if you change for this one you need to tell your peers to do de same as no longer work with older version, so you will see lot off.

Sooner or later you will have to change as you peers will move but wait for next version as this one is full of bugs and have been reported to the author.
