problem with newcs and C+ seca3 card

i'm trying to use my C+ CSAT seca 3 card using NewCs and smargo reader.

but i did not Succeed , i'm using Newcs and smargo for many other card and it's working good. but with C+CSAT card seca 3 NO

please is there any one that can help me
