oscam - cccam, webinterface problem

Hi guys im after a bit of help ,
Iv,e installed oscam-cccam to run my tring card on a vu+duo box , im using a vti image. My problem is after restarting the cam it pops up an error message
( webinterface couldnt listen on 192.168.-.-:16666) i have set this up in the webinterface on my box , but it runs very slow as if its conflicting.
If i restart the box it shows the same error and doesnt start oscam so my card is offline ?

Any ideas guys ?

i use VU+DUO black hole 144 dosent have any problems

reinstal oscam or change bıild
or change the webif port in oscam.conf
