why is it not opening DSTV channels. It only opens Hi & My Tv channels

Pls how can i revive my avatar1 sd card type dongle.i unknowingly upgraded it with avatar2 latest software and the status lightgreen light is not coming up again,it is only the red power indicator light that comes up.i've tried upgrading the initial software to it but the dongle has refused any communication with the computer.pls i need help on how to revive the avatar 1dongle.thanks for your assistance

i have find a new Dongle for Strong 5000FTA can watch HD&SD channel for DSTV,HITV,CanalSat Horizons now, i think this product also can watch PSAT,MYTV,TOPTV,Al Jazeera Sport,Zon TV Cabo,CanalSat France soon.

Now can see channel:
1----MultiChoice Africa on Eutelsat W7 at 36.0°E
2----CanalSat Afrique on NSS 7 at 22.0°W
3----HiTV on Eutelsat W4 at 36.0°E


Can see channel soon:
1----Zon TV Cabo on Hispasat 1C/1D at 30.0°W
2----CanalSat France on Astra 1H/1L/1M at 19.2°E
3----Al Jazeera Sport on Nilesat 101/102/201 & Atlantic Bird 4A at 7.0°W
4----Top TV on Astra 4A at 4.8°E
5----My TV on Intelsat 10 at 68.5°E
6----PSAT on Eutelsat W3A at 7.0°E






(4th,Oct)Yesterday I already have got 1pcs Strong 5000FTA and 1pcs Seabox Mini from china,i have tested item of DSTV,CanalSat Afrique and HITV, all channel work is very very good!!! I think this 2pcs product work better and stable than AVATAR (2&3),because i find AVATAR have freezing of DSTV and CanalSat Afrique,but Strong 5000FTA and Seabox Mini no have find this problem.:
