4g internet access + strong srt 4669x? Any hope of top flight football?

I have a 4g broadband (unlimited) internet access and a strong srt 4669x decoder.
I have been wondering if there is anyway I can put both together to get me the best football on offer globally week in week out, though I have a knack for watching British Premier League and Spanish La Liga.
Is there any way out please.
