Ziggo Oost Card emulate to West?

Hi there,

I started experimenting with cardsharing with irde*o card for Ziggo Oost (Netherlands)

My local card is CAID 0604

It seems there are 3 regions for ziggo:

Ziggo Oost (CAID0604)

Ziggo West (CAID0604)
Ziggo West (CAID0602)

Can anyone help me emulating/faking CAID to clients?

I now have setup CCCAM as cardsharing server on my DM800. It works already for the Ziggo Oost region, but not the both west regions ( 8888 and 5555)
