Aljazeera card viaccess 4 not work in DM500

Hello

I need help in order to put my Aljazeera Sport 1-8 card, viaccess 4, work in my DM500. I bought the card in Mrach and everything runs well until early June, when it stops to scrambled. If I put the card in my Samsung 9500 VIA CI the channels are cleared, if I use my DM500 the don't open the cannels.
