Al Jazeera Sport card viaccess4.0 and DM800HD

Hi;

I got my al jazeera sport card viaccess4.0. I put it into my DM800HD and I called for activation, I waited 3 hours as I was told to leave the channel on Al Jazeera Sport +1. Nothing happened. I called them again and they told me that I need an official Viaccess CAM.

So anybody to help here? Anybody with DM800HD having this problem?

it takes little long time.first install scam to your dm box .sametimes it takes 1 hour for first update.it will clear jsc chns.wait on jsc sport 1 chn.

But from where I get the latest scam? And which version? Is there any settings for scam to do for viaccess4.0?

I managed to open the channels via my new al jazeera sport card viaccess4.0 by installing the scam. Everything is OK now.

Hi guys;

I am facing the same problem again with my new Al Jazeera sport card viaccess4.0. My DM800HD is able to read it. the entitlement is showing the following info:

card reader /dev/sci0
handled 2(0) ecms and 0(0) emms
Viaccess card
Caid 500
Cardserial c0259d
ident fff920 - c0259d
ident 42400 - c0259d
ident 42410 - c0259d
valid from 16-9-2010 untill 22-9-2010

The card was activated several times but nothing yet. My friend has a viaccess receiver and it was working fine but when I insrted in my DM800HD, black screen.
I have installed the following as I did the last time:

Newcs1.6.6 and Scam v3.57

seems like your card doesnt received update and was valid till 22-09-2010. Maybe u have to leave card once in a week in viaccess receiver for 5 min to have updates done.

Thanks m8 for the info. I meeting my friend who bought the card for me and giving it to him since he has a viaccess receiver.

but its very strange for me, becose as far as i know viaccess Al Jazeera cards dont have problems. at least that is what i know. if u want to continue using it i have somebody who has that card also and who might help you. let me know hows going.

For Al Jazeera cards do we need any special configuration in CCcam.cfg for the card to update and to have no freeze? Do we need any camkey or camdata?
