[At the first steps] How realize a cardsharing for SKY ITA

Hi at everybody. I'm italian, sorry for my english.
In the last few months i discovered cardsharing world, but i have a lot of questions and so i've found this community.

How to realize a cardsharing for SKY ITA i've to:

1. I must have an original subscription with sky ita.
2. Buy a decoder such as a Dreambox (Do you advise me the right type? Is there one in particular?)
3. I've to insert a new firmware in dreambox and set it to be a server (What firmware? There is a tutorial?)
4. The original sky smartcard must be inserted in my server dreambox, right?
5. The other dreambox that receive the signal with internet lan, how i'll set them?(there is a tutorial)
